CAMP HOURS

Camp Hours are 10am to 3pm. Students should be dropped off no earlier than 9:45am. parents are not allowed to sit in the lobby or school area once the camp begins.

FOOD & BREAKS

• Students should bring their lunch to camp, or lunch may be dropped off at the front desk prior to the lunch hour.

• Students are asked to bring a water bottle.

• Students may purchase drinks or snacks from the vending machine located in the student lounge. The machine accepts cash (no bills larger than $5 bill), credit/debit cards or Apple pay.

• We are a NUT FREE facility. PLEASE DO NOT SEND YOUR CAMPER WITH ANY FOOD ITEMS CONTAINING NUTS.

LOCATION

We are located at 615 Bakers Bridge Avenue, Suite 100, Franklin, TN, 37067.

• Please be mindful of the presence of children when entering and leaving the parking area.

• Parents are asked to come into the school to complete camp enrollment paperwork if it has not been provided prior to the start of camp.

PAYMENTS

To reserve a spot in one of our Summer Camps, a 50% deposit is required, at minimum. You may also pay in full. If you wish to make a 50% deposit in lieu of paying in full, you must contact the School as partial payments can only be processed by a staff member.

• The deposit is non-refundable but may be applied to a new camp or lessons/programs, as long as written cancellation for the old camp was received at least 15 days in advance.

• A credit card must remain on file if the camp is not paid in full.

• Any balance due will be billed on May 31st to the credit card on file. If you wish to make partial payments prior to that date, please contact a staff member to arrange a payment plan.

CANCELLATION

All cancellations must be submitted in writing and can be emailed directly to franklin@schoolofrock.com.

• A 50% refund may be issued if cancellation, in writing, is received at least 15 days before the start of the scheduled camp. A camp credit may be applied to a new camp or other school programs. The 50% deposit is non-refundable.
